Journal Questions
• what is your priority list as of today, with two weeks before deadline?
• which "babies are you prepared to kill," if necessary, in order to finish your film on time (May 7th) and fit it within the 90 second - 2-minute time constraint - think of in-betweening, simplified color, and eliminating shots not integral to the story.
My priority is to finish my animation, with enough time to space to make it for editing and credits look good. I am ready to not draw my own tiles, because I gotten too far to abandon the look of my animation, I luckily only have 6 shots left to animated, shot one can be cut without conflicting the story, and are in the process of being changed. Shot 32, where Porsha is running away is being drawn to be more dramatic so it reads a bit easier, and shot 24 since it is still drafted from Porsha perspective from sitting (now she is standing when she meets PH) to an even medium shot of Pumpkinhead pulling the flower from his chest. At worst neither would not be changed.

Journal Question
What kind of sound environment do you plan for your film? Realistic More Music-based? What will the role of sound be in your film?
I was hoping to have a composition made for my piece but I looked late and the person I found has not contacted me back. I found some music under Creative Commons copyright licenses and some other sound effects for some actions in my animation that I made.

What will you do with your film when you are done.
I might send it to a film festival, such as Ottawa, ASIFA-EAST, anise, or any others that are brought to my attention, for what is the harm in sending it. But most likely I will post it online and use it in my demo reel next year.

• What is your biggest time management challenge, and what is your plan for dealing with it from here through the end of the semester?
Dealing with my class writing and research, while finding time to animate, and since last weekend was a holiday affair I wasn't able to do much work, but outside my papers I don't have any family plans so I should be alright if I stay ahead of myself.
• Which of your classmates’ films do you particularly like? Why? What is the strongest element of their piece? Where would you make suggestions?
I like Karima's for I like her color theory she is using to enhance the story, and Ericas character animation is stunning. Eun Ock has a very well paced and planned story so I can't wait to see the finished product after she has completed her animation.
